Abhishek Bachchan and Vidya Balan had a rather peculiar experience while they were shooting for final schedule of R Balki’s Pa in London.

They were standing on one of the small lawns in the university premises and because of that, they were asked to leave the Cambridge University grounds just seconds before Balki was about to call ‘Action’.

There is a strict rule in the Cambridge campus- nobody is allowed to stand on the grassy areas. Only the scholars are allowed to do so.

As the unit expected a very few people in the campus during early morning hours, they thought that they could shoot in peace. They had already completed the formalities and obtained the permission.

They were suddenly asked by the college authorities to pack up. The authorities told them they couldn’t shoot on the grassy area and since they had broken a rule, they should leave immediately. The director tried to convince them but they did not listen.

Well, it happened during the shooting of their upcoming film PA. The two were told to leave the Cambridge Campus after they violated the university rule of shooting in the lawns.

Though, it was the director of the film who had chosen the location, but the entire crew including the two stars were told to pack their stuff for violating the norms of the campus.

It must be recalled that PA is already drawing attention since Abhishek will play Big B’s father in the film. A reversal of roles which many eagerly await to watch.

“Lage Raho Munnabhai” director Rajkumar Hirani is currently shooting his film “Three Idiots” with Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor. The movie is based on Chetan Bhagat’s book “Five Point Someone”.

Apparently, Vidya Balan is miffed with Hirani for not casting her in the lead role in the film.

It seems it was Vidya who introduced Hirani to Bhagat’s novel. Hirani decided to make a movie based on the book, but took Kareena in the lead instead of Vidya.
He did offer Vidya a cameo role in the movie, but Vidya was in no mood to play the second lead. This caused a rift between the director and the actress.

Now Hirani is even more upset that Vidya has leaked the details of the role to the media.

But considering how popular the book “Five Point Someone” has been, wouldn’t many people already have an idea what the role could be?

Now what kind of adventure is she talking about? The naughty types, eh? “No, the thrilling types — you know para-sailing and the likes,” she said. Also, whilst shooting in Kuala Lampur for Balki’s Paa, the actress used to climb up the Petronas Towers and down again. So, all that the lady has been saying these days is: Who needs a gym?
