It’s confirmed now. Vidya Balan needs Shah Rukh Khan’s help to romance Shahid Kapoor. On the sets of Kismet Konnection, Vidya Balan insisted on playing Mitwa from Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna during her romantic scenes with  Shahid Kapoor which, according to our source, helped her get all mushy.

Vidya was so addicted to this mushy number that she wanted it played every time she had to shoot a romantic scene with Shahid.

Kismet Connection, the latest romantic comedy starring Shahid Kapoor and Vidya Balan in the lead is all set to release in theatres from July 18th.

This is the latest release from Tips, which has delivered the biggest hit of the year, Race.

Vishal Malhotra, who is a part of the film, tells us about the plot. “Shahid and I play architects who are based in Toronto but whatever we do we end up being in a mess until Vidya Balan enters Shahid’s life. There is a character called Dev (Karnvir Bohra) who works with Shahid. Both of them are fighting to get the same project but it is Shahid who gets his dream assignment and his Kismat gets connected with Vidya.”
